Our local butcher and meat processer has introduced Speckle Park genetics into his current herd with the addition of two purebred Speckle Park bulls. By experiencing the quality and consumer demand of our Speckle Park meat which they processed for distribution earlier this year, they are adapting their current herd in the way of the future, Speckle Park Beef.
