Fertility Guarantee

Everest Speckle Park animals are sold with the confirmation of being fertile at the time of sale. Should an animal present to be infertile within six months of the sale, Everest Speckle Park will provide a suitable replacement or a sale credit equal to the purchase price less salvage value, to be used within 12 months of the sale date.

Females that are sold as PTIC, will come with a preliminary pregnancy status certificate from our local Vet. A confirmed pregnancy does not guarantee a live and healthy calf. Empty females are sold under the guarantee to fall pregnant provided no Embryo Transfer work has been undertaken.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide Everest Speckle Park with a registered Veterinarian Certificate confirming the infertility of the animal within six months of the purchase date. The certificate must state the infertility is not a result of an illness or injury contracted after the sale date. The replacement animal or credit only covers the purchase price of the animal, subtracting interest, costs and damages.

Everest Speckle Park is committed to only selling animals that are fit and healthy for when they arrive at their new homes.

Insurance

All cattle come with an element of risk and Everest Speckle Park recommends all buyers to insure purchased animals. Buying a Speckle Park animal is an investment and a very valuable input within your business.
