Our farms, situated on the rich soils of Oakey, Nutgrove and Thornville, specialise in closely controlled and monitored breeding programs of the prominent Speckle Park. Our business model takes full responsibility to the needs of both the land and the beast and is very responsive to the ever-evolving markets and demands. Our cattle are processed at a small country town boutique abattoir that also possesses its very own butcher shop outlet on premises.

Everest Speckle Park implements strategies of cell grazing to maximise results in 2 key areas-

1. Frequent low stress handling and;
2. Promote pasture regeneration to minimise the need for chemical control/input
